At Massilia Sneakers, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we accept returns under the following conditions.

Return Period

You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to return an item to us.

Return Conditions

• The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and in its original packaging.
• Shoes must be returned with their original box.
• Any item that is damaged, worn, or incomplete will not be accepted.

Return Procedure

1. Contact us by email at massiliasneaker@protonmail.com with your order number.
2. We will provide you with the return address.
3. Send the item back carefully packaged.
4. The refund is processed within 5 to 10 business days after receipt of the return.

Refund

The refund is issued to the payment method used when placing the order.
