General Terms and Conditions of Sale — Massilia Sneakers

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern all transactions carried out on the massilia-sneakers.fr website, operated by Massilia Sneakers. Any order placed on our site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC.

2. Products

Massilia Sneakers sells sneakers and sports shoes from brands such as Asics, Saucony, ON Running, Nike, and other selected brands. All pairs offered are new, authentic, and verified before shipment. The photos and descriptions are as faithful as possible to the actual products. In the event of a slight variation in color due to screen calibration, Massilia Sneakers cannot be held responsible.

3. Price

All prices are displayed in euros including all taxes (TTC). Massilia Sneakers reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The applicable prices are those in effect at the time of order validation.

4. Ordering

The order is considered firm and final upon payment validation. A confirmation email is sent automatically. Massilia Sneakers reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of stock depletion, a manifest pricing error, or suspicion of fraud.

5. Payment

Payment is made online via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through the secure Shopify Payments system (3D Secure). No banking data is stored on our servers.

6. Delivery

Orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Estimated delivery times are: Metropolitan France (3-5 days), French Overseas Territories (7-12 days), Europe (5-10 days). These times are provided for information purposes only.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with French law and European Directive 2011/83/EU, you have a period of 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to provide a reason. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within a period of 30 days for any unworn item in its original packaging. Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days after receipt of the return. See our complete returns policy.

9. Legal Warranties

All our products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years) and the guarantee against hidden defects, in accordance with Articles L217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code.

10. Liability

Massilia Sneakers cannot be held responsible for indirect damages resulting from the use of the site or the products purchased. Our liability is limited to the amount of the order in question.

11. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. Failing that, French courts will have jurisdiction. French law is the only applicable law.

12. Mediation

In accordance with Articles L616-1 and R616-1 of the Consumer Code, you may use the consumer mediation service free of charge in the event of a dispute that has not been resolved amicably.
